Vacancy: Dentist
SALARY OFFER
- Basic of RM7,000 – RM10,000 per month
- Additional 10% of profit sharing from your sales
- Total potential income ~RM17,000 per month
REQUIREMENT
- Education: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or (BDS) degree from a recognized dental school.
- License: Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience including atleast 2 years in the private sector.
- Clinical Skills: Proficient in a wide range of dental procedures with Orthodontic skills as a must.
- Patient Care: Strong focus on providing high-quality patient care with a compassionate and ethical approach.
- Communication Skills: Excellent capability of explaining dental concepts and treatment plans in layman’s terms to patients.
- Continuous Education: Commitment to continued education and staying updated with advancements in dental practices and technologies.
- Team Work: Able to work well with other staff like dental assistants and admins.
- Problem Solving: Good at figuring out dental problems and deciding on the best treatment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Patient Examination: Conduct thorough dental examinations and assess dental health, diagnosing oral diseases.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and discuss comprehensive treatment plans with patients.
- Dental Procedures: Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, veneers, bridges, and preventive treatments.
- Emergency Care: Provide emergency care for dental injuries and acute dental issues.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and post-treatment care.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed dental records for all patients.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with staff for patient treatment plans and marketing activities.
- Quality Control: Ensure high standards of infection control and sterilization according to health and safety guidelines.
- Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development and stay abreast of new research and techniques in dental care.
